Astana Open Dialogue Presents the Results of the Expert Survey “Kazakhstan’s Readiness for the Transition to Artificial Intelligence and Digitalization”
The analytical review reflects the current agenda of digital transformation in public administration. It is based on the results of a closed expert survey conducted from November 3 to 13, 2025, with the participation of 140 experts, and continues the discussion initiated at the third Astana Open Dialogue meeting held on October 1.
The review presents assessments of Kazakhstan’s readiness to implement artificial intelligence in public administration, experts’ opinions on its practical use, opportunities, risks, and limitations. It also includes recommendations on data and infrastructure development, workforce training, and the implementation of artificial intelligence.
