The second issue of the Astana Open Dialogue Bulletin is dedicated to the issues of the new Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, economic policy, and the formation of a new Kazakhstani identity.

The mission of Astana Open Dialogue is to promote the development of best practices in the political, economic, and governmental sectors of Kazakhstan and Central Asia.
