During the session, Astana Open Dialogue and the Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (KazISS) signed a memorandum of cooperation aimed at enhancing research collaboration and expert exchange.
The document was signed by Alexandr Danilov, co-founder of Astana Open Dialogue, and Zhandos Shaimardanov, Director of KazISS under the President of Kazakhstan.
The cooperation envisions conducting joint research, analytical projects, and expert discussions to strengthen the country’s scientific and analytical capacity and improve the effectiveness of public policy decisions.
The signing ceremony took place as part of the Third Astana Open Dialogue Meeting, held on October 1 under the theme “Kazakhstan on the Path from e-Gov to AI-Gov: How to Make a Breakthrough?”. The event brought together over 700 participants, including representatives of government bodies, the expert community, and international organizations.
